CSCP not collecting all information of devices

Hi,

My CSP collector not collecting the "Serial Number" of the equipment and on SNTC, when i downloaded report, this information is not appear. I attach the image that comprove this.

As mentioned on post I believe you missed collection job.  Please complete this to have latest data.
