Need the IP address / URL / Ports
required for communication with the Smart Services Portal.
Packet captures indicate SNTC traffic is not traversing our firewall. Per [ANN Inc.] management, absolutely nothing has changed on corporate end since last successful communication segments.
Deliverables:
The capture returned two (2) IPs from Cisco
{nslookup}
Name: cacsostun-prd.cisco.com
Address: 72.163.7.88
Name: cacsoxcpcm-prd.cisco.com
Address: 72.163.7.138
Need IPs / Ports / URLs required for communication (capture available if required).

Hello John,
The host-names/IP addresses you listed is part of an older style of uploading called XMPP/IPSEC. We no longer use these IP addresses for the SNTC Portal.
Below is a list of the current required hostnames/IP/Ports for uploading from your CSPC and downloading updates/patches for your CSPC.
72.163.7.113 concsoweb-prd.cisco.com port 443
72.163.4.161 www.cisco.com port 443
72.163.7.60 dl.cisco.com port 80
173.37.146.12 dl2.cisco.com port 80
173.37.144.208 sso.cisco.com port 443
