CSPC 2.10 GUI password reset

Hello, I am having a problem accessing the Cisco Collector portal because my password has expired.

Is there any way to recover it?

I have console access with root, administrator and the Collector user.

Thank you for contacting Cisco.

I understand you are having inconveniences to logging into the CSPC GUI due to the credential has expired.

Firstly, I suggest trying to reset the password using the security questions by opening the GUI, entering the admin user and clicking on the "Forgot Password?" button (as shown in the screenshot), if you face an error message please share it here or if for some reason you don't remember or are unable to reset the credentials through this method, I kindly recommend deploying the most recent version of the CSPC, which is 2.11. This is to ensure uninterrupted service and access to the latest security enhancements.

Thanks for the help, I created another virtual machine again and redid the configuration, since I forgot what to put in the security questions.
