Hi,
We're deploying new CSPC 2.11 to replace the current older version. After assigning IPv4, when browse to the collector via HTTPS for the first time, it does not prompt to create a fresh admin's password. Instead, we got the login screen and can't reset the password.
Is there a way we can reset the Web UI admin password from CLI?

Resolved. Explained the customer we can change the CLI passwords from root using the commands passwd root and passwd admin, or from admin pwdreset collectorlogin 90, pwdreset root 90. Closing post.

I have tried all the process that you have listed below and still can’t access the GUI interface. I can get access to root and admin after resetting the password for both. I can login to the CLI as root and admin. I have reset consolelogin and still no success. Any other ideas?
