Attempting to upgrade my CSPC VM via the admin shell fails. Here is the results of the 'upgrade' command:
admin# upgrade

My firewall logs show the appliance successfully connecting to 72.163.7.113/443 and transferring 6K bytes, then receiving a TCP FIN.
Please advise.

Solved the issue by "clearing" the proxy settings instead of "disabling" the proxy.
The check update command was properly communicating straight out of the firewall however the 'download' command was still trying to use the proxy even though the proxy was disabled in the config.
After 'clearing' the proxy setting to default settings, the download and apply process worked as expected.

Both logs are empty and only 1 byte in size.
