CSPC 2.7 - Error upload/register certificate

Hello,

I'm creating a new upload profile on collector in "Settings> Manage Upload Profiles and create a new upload profile. Select "smartnet_total_care", but the "smartnet_total_care" option is not displayed, in fact check box is blank.

The collector is registered correctly, follow in image 1.image 1 - server properties

I downloaded the certificate again and tried to load server properties for register, but displayed message "unable to read the contents of the registration certificate file".

Hello Joao,

Would you be able to take a screenshot of the current Collection Profiles you currently have setup?  We can check those settings to make sure a service name of "smartnet_total_care" is setup.

Would you be able to also provide details on what version of IE you performed the Certificate import with?
