Hello,
We are running CSPC version 2.8.1.4 and are currently having an issue where it is failing to upload the device inventory to the SNTC portal.
The error message reads: "A connectivity exception occurred while processing the request. The Exception is HTTPs TransportMode has Failed 404 Not Found"
We have tried to update CSPC but the status is stuck on "initiated" for a few days. Is there any way to get the upgrade moving along? or anything else to look into?

Hey williamrg,
In regards to the upload issue, please try the steps outlined in the below community post. After running commands and restart is complete, please try another upload.
In regards to upgrade issue, you may want to try via adminshell or manual upgrade. The first link below is for the upgrade guide, you can find steps under 'Upgrade Using Admin Shell' and 'Manual Upgrade'. The second link below is a troubleshooting guide with known issues.

We noticed that the CSPC Collection Profile was not scheduled and we could not edit it. To fix the issue we cloned the Collection Profile and ran an upload.
