Support coverage is not updated

Hi everybody:

 

I need help, I upload the inventory from my CSPC correctly. The information in the inventory reflects 1307 equipments, but the support coverage dashboard only show me 67 equipments. I reviewed tthe inventory and it´s Ok, there are over 800 equipments Cisco with any Serial number, but in the graphic of support coverage only appear 67 equipments. May any hel me?
