I would like to know if it is currently possible to install the Collector in the cloud, more specifically in Azure.

Replaying to your question please note that:

This installation is technically possible, to install a Collector in the Azure cloud, however, Cisco does not support Azure deployments for the OVA, only VMWare on ESXi.

Yes, it's possible but as suggested by @losorioj  is not supported by Cisco.

The biggest problem is that the Cisco Collector is not approved in the Azure Market Place.

For the installation, my technical team used it in our test environment, using the “AZURE MIGRATION TOOL” process.
