CSPC configuration blank

Hello Team,

One of our customer's currently having issue in sending logs from on premise server CSPC to Cisco SNTC portal.

SNTC Portal was not receiving any logs from their on-premises CSPC server (ver 2.10.0.1).

We did internal investigation and found below issues-

  1. DNS and Proxy setting is lost in GUI and we are unable to configure it again. Nothing shows on Appliance OS related configuration page

  1. Previously server was using proxy to communicate with SNTC portal
  2. When we try to set up proxy and DNS we got below error

  1. We also check from CLI and found that Java error which stopped services of CSPC.

  1. Here is the key error code we found for the issue

ERROR AddonCommandHandler:74 - Could not load metadata for addon: cspc

Can anyone have any ideas how to resolve this?
