Hello Johny.

I can see you have a new upload made today.

It means connectivity service is up and running correctly.

I am glad the workaround performed worked.

Hi Team,

Could you please check this and give a solution faster?

Is there any way to involve TAC team to resolve this issue sooner? Or buying additional service contracts like Smart Assist?

Thanks for your understanding.

Hello Johny.

We joined in a webex meeting and made some troubleshooting in the CSPC Deleting non characters from /etc/profile and adding mising lines also to the same etc/profile, It is currently doing a test upload With a cloned Collection profile with only one device.

I can see there is data uploading in the SNTC portal.

If the issue persist please let me know.
