CSPC GUI password reset via CLI

I'm unable to login to CSPC via GUI.

I have collectorlogin, su, CLI logins.

I am unfortunately not being prompted with the safe questions.

I'm seeking assistance to reset the GUI password via CLI / MySQL

in this case I would suggest a redeploy, if you have no means of recovering your passwords with the questions. reason why is because if you are not able to loggin in CLI, I'm afraid not much else to do.

in the past and in other threads in this forum, other members have managed to reset their GUI password via mysql in the CLI. is that no longer possible?
