Hello,
I've done CSPC upgrade by GUI to version 2.8.1.5 at Jul/29/2019 and after that, the GUI application does not work anymore.
I've already reboot the VM but still not working.
Could anyone help me, i didn't found any rollback documentation?
As you can see below the upgrade not failed.

Hey andyappel,
Are you seeing this issue with different browsers as well as after clearing caches?
Please try running command 'fdisk -l' from root access and provide output. If SSHing into the appliance, must first log in via collectorlogin and then 'su' up to root.
Thanks,
Justin

It is working again now but I had to switch to Firefox browser. I was using Safari which has been working all along but now stopped after this latest update. Apparently Cisco employees don't use Apple products 🤷♂️. I am using the latest Firefox browser - which still gives a warning on launch - but at least it is working.
thanks!
