Is this a bug or a feature? Timesync appears to be working properly even though it's confused on whether it actually is or not, I just thought you should know.

for now workaround is to set the correct time manually via linux commands connecting to collectorlogin and then # su root to get to root ( you may be able to do it on the prompt of collectorlogin user )
example :
# timedatectl set-time 'YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS'
