Unable to acess https://services.cisco.com portal

Good day.

For your assistance please, Trying to access https://services.cisco.com I get redirected to a page saying "You do not currently have access to Smart Services Connection. You must be entitled to at least one Smart Services contract to request access."

Two active devices already associated on this account.

I have received an email that I completed the registration and waited 24 hours however it's already exceeded and still can't access.

Hello Sir, I already sent the details privately. Btw, I tried  to access the https://services.cisco.com and it load successfully however there are two tabs only. Dashboard and Library (empty)

I hope you are having a great day!

I checked and your user should have access now to SNTC. 

The user is now showing on SNTC portal and it is showing with the correct role. 

Regarding the tabs empty, please try to clear cookies and cache, to use Mozilla Firefox and re-try.
