Hi,

I just (new installation) upgrade CSPC from 2.10 to 2.10.6

admin# show version -d
Build-name : Collection Platform Software 2.10.0.6

Package-type : ServicePack
Version : sp-30.3.0-6-0-lnx64
Component : CSPC Base
Version : 2.10.0.6
Package-type : JeOS
Version : jeos-30.3.0-6-lnx64
Component : AdminShell
Version : 1.9.7
Component : LCM
Version : 1.9.7
Component : CASP
Version : 2.10.0.6
Component : ConcsoTgw
Version : 1.8.4
Component : Hardened CentOS
Version : 7.9 patch#2009

After update I cannot login into the GUI anymore.

After entering login credential receive an Error message: "Internal error occurred. Please relogin and retry the operation".

Already reboot the system and/or restart the CSPC service over shell.

Unfortunately, the contributions in the community did not help.

Need to open a TAC Case (if so how is it opened without serial number), or can any cisco employee can help me directly ?

BR

Marco Noviello

How was it solve it ? I have the same issue.

After upgrade when CSPC started for the first time, I was able to login. Next day I was unable to login with the same Internal error message. Several restarts does not solve it at all. Since it is not possible to open tac case, how can one solve it ? I wander to know it.

Hi,

Please do let us know if you are having any upgrade issue.

Best Regards,

Tahereem Sayyed

Hello tsayyed, I have found myself missing peace in copying file to /home/collectorlogin directory by using WinSCP.

But this is not mentioned between step 2 and 3 in upgrade guide at all.

I was able to login to the web console after issuing the command: #systemctl restart cspc

I hope that helps
