Customer Admin User role

Hello-

I am the DA for our company and I have been told by an engineer that I need to add the Customer Admin role to my profile to be able to access the Customer Portal (which at this point in time I am unable to do).  I have tried to follow the steps to do this, however I receive the message: 

No available roles to assign to users

Screenshot is attached.

Any suggestions are appreciated!

I had the hostnames on there the first time I was trying, not sure why it didn't take.  When I read the delete Row 2 and Column I note, I second guessed that the "I" was a (one) and deleted the hostnames and tried that, which obviously failed.  My upload this time was successful and I now see the inventory I listed in the CSV file.  

My next question however though is that our collector is not showing up in the portal.  I followed the steps exactly as outlined on the guide (https://supportforums.cisco.com/blog/12696871/self-service-onboarding-setting-cspc-25-collector) however no collector is showing.

Now we can see the collector on the SNTC portal under All Collectors tab and the uploads pushed from the collector processed successfully.

Anusha-

I do see that our companies lab CSP is showing properly in the portal, however the client that we were working on at the same time isn't yet.  Can you confirm to me whether or not I need to have the client change the timezone to CST in order for the upload to process correctly?  This was mentioned during our webex by Shivdev as being a possible bug but wasn't confirmed if it was fixed or if the timezone still needed to be changed over to CST in order to have it process correctly in the portal.
