Customer Cannot See Serial # info & other informtion from ASAs.

Hi, I have a customer with issues regarding their SNTC Portal & CSPC Collector where their ASAs are not showing hostnames, serial numbers, software version, etc. The ASAs are populating their IP Address on the portal and are pulling from the Collector, but I'm unsure of how this is possible.

 

Any assistance or guidance on troubleshooting would be appreciated. tf@

This may occur if after you have ran a discovery of the ASA devices on the CSPC, a "Collection Profile" has not been ran yet to collect and capture all the additional data like hostname/serial numbers/OS versions.

Can you check to see if a Collection Profile job has ran for the ASA devices and also please validate if you are uploading data by only using the Collection profile Jobs. If you have an upload profile running as well, it will need to be configured to upload the latest Collection Profile data or you can disable the upload profile and simple use the Collection profile to issue the uploads each time it's ran.
