Customer Issue with Customer Admin access.

Hey everyone,

 

I have a customer that has an employee with Customer Admin access but cannot view the portal. They've tried incognito. They've tried viewing the portal on a diff browser. No other role is assigned besides Customer Admin and it keeps taking them to the sign-up page. 

 

Any assistance would be appreciated. sn

Thank you for your private message with the details. The particular CCO you sent is already properly configured with the access to https://services.cisco.com Please ask him to try again and if does not work to take screenshot and provide it to us.. If it works please lets us know.
