Customer's SNTC portal now showing devices covered that have active SMARTnet

I have a customer that the SNTC portal is showing a Catalyst 9300 switch as uncovered. I've confirmed in CCW-R that this device is covered with SNT service level with an end date of 9/30/2022.

 

I will respond in a private message with customer name, party ID, and portal name.

Hey Doug,

 

Please private message the Customer/Inventory names as seen in the SNTC Portal.  Also, please provide the serial number of the C9300 in question.
