Hello, the customer sent me the following:
In order for the VM to run in Azure, I did the below:
- Convert OVA to VMDK
- Convert VMDK to VHD
- Converted from dynamic disk to fixed disk 40GB in size ( Azure preferred ).
- Uploaded to Azure Storage blob.
- Created image in Azure from that uploaded VHD.
I created a VM but it is giving some image errors. I’m wondering if all these conversions perhaps might have corrupted the image or the contents of it.
Is there an actual VHD file that can be downloaded from Cisco directly? Or is there another option better suited for hosting this in Azure?
How would I best proceed in assisting the customer with this particular problem?
