Had a customer register for SNTC DA late Friday and wanted to see if you can verify that it has gone through successfully before we meet for next step in collector installation. Will provide CCOID and Customer name in PM

There is no CCO id provided and in the CSAM tool the CCO id associated with that "email" has no roles or company associated with it.

If SNTC self registration has not been done, please request customer to use below:
https://www.cisco.com/web/smartservices/sntc.html
If any question, please provide SN and contract that customer is using for registration.

Thanks for your private message on contract and SN. As mentioned, I do not find any registration activity via given user. Please request user to start SNTC registration using link that i have provided. Please do let me know if any question. If there is any error, please share screenshot via private message so for further investigation.
