Hey everyone, I have a DA that has access to the CSAM tool, has been verified to be given access to the Portal, but cannot sign into the portal. I have screenshots where they cannot even assign themselves as a CustomerAdministrator and other various bits of information that keep looping them back into the Registration page at services.cisco.com. Have tried to clear cache, different web browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Explorer) and are hitting a wall.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,
There was an issue with the customer's CCO ID during initial registration. It has been resolved and the DA should now be able to assign people to their SNTC Portal.
Please have the customer check and confirm.
