When you say update the DA, do you mean to add or remove a DA?

We want to add DA and It's my understanding that we can remove any unauthorized users on our own.

The guide facunama provided (csam_online_help_guide_0.pdf (cisco.com)) is the proper guide to use when you want to assign a new role including the DA role (Page 51).

Problem is that we don't know who is DA and even if we have DA then that person might not be with the company. https://www.cisco.com/web/smartservices/sntc.html portal is giving "Sorry, we have encountered a technical error" error when I try to register myself for DA.
