Is anyone else seeing devices disappear from their SNTC portal this week. We were uploading a new collection from our CSPC which contained our WLCs and the Access Points in the AIRESPACE-WIRELESS-MIB_bsnAP data set. It was IN PROGRESS for close to 72 hours during which we saw postings about maintenance and processing backlogs from around 11/6/2019. THis morning I checked our portal and the APs were showing under our inventory. I then received an email from one of our clients saying most of their APs in the SNTC portal had disappeared. I went to check our portal and all of our APs are gone as well.
