Devices in portal not showing coverage

Hello,

 

I was going through a customer's portal and he stated that he believes these devices have active support coverage on them. We are working on the renewal and want to ensure that the data is accurate. CCW-R is also showing these 3 devices without coverage. I was hoping that you could do a deeper dive to confirm if the devices in question have coverage or not.

Hey Doug,

 

I hope all is well with you!  Please PM me the SNs of the devices in question.  I believe CCW-R will show an accurate representation unless the contract association was recently made.
