SSSNT refers to CISCO SOLUTION SUPPORT SERVICES. Solution Support offers the same delivery levels as Smart Net Total Care with the addition of work with other vendors.

Solution Support helps you manage solutions when working with multiple vendors and products in a single environment.  If you need support for a Cisco product or one from another solution partner with Solution Support you can just call Cisco. We will support through our solution experts who own your case from first call to resolution. Solution Support offers you a primary point of contact and because of our strong relationships with global solution partners, we can effectively manage support to best resolve your case.

Could you confirm that SSSNT could supporta CSAS reconciliation contract?

CSAS is covered by Assest Mgmt contract types such as (TSAB, TSAS, TSAG, TSAP), AMSP, AMSS, AMST, FTSS, SPADV (SP-ADV-AM1 and SP-ADV-AM2), CSAS, PNSAS, HTEC+AM or NLS1) --- however SSSNT is not considered as part of CSAS offerings.
