Differences between My Cisco Entitlement and Total Care?

Hi everyone,

I just wanted a bit of education as to the differences that separate Total Care and My Cisco Entitlements.

I'm not sure of the large differentiation as to why you would choose one over the other, and was seeking insight into this.

Hello,

Smart Net Total Care focuses more on Hardware, Install base and Service Coverage information. With MCE, you'll get more visibility with software related licenses. Instead of using one over another, they can be used in conjunction with one another. The link below will highlight some of the differences.
