Hi,
I need to fix an issue where the entire database is duplicate, attached an example with only a serial number.
Can someone help me, please?

Apologies for the delay in response.
It appears you are seeing duplicates as the customer account was enabled for Smart Care and you have Smart Care roles associated with it. The dual account-roles situation (SNTC and Smart Care) in this case seems to be causing issue with your Portal view and you are seeing duplicates.
Bug CSCvk54453 has been opened to help address the issue.
