The collector has discovered 700+ nodes and received emails saying the upload is successful however for Entitled company name it is showing NOT AVAILABLE. These devices are not showing up in the SNTC portal. How can we troubleshoot?

When you mention the "Entitled company name is showing NOT AVAILABLE" do you mean that you can't see the company name as an option to select so that you can look into their inventory?

No the customer is having an issue with this. I can provide the screenshots he sent over. Should i post them on the forum or a private message?

How are you? I see that the last upload was on 11-3. Is the customer still not seeing the expected devices in the portal? Are they still receiving 'NOT AVAILABLE' as the entitled customer name in the upload emails?
