Currently, there's no estimated time for this Bug-solving, but our Developer team is diligently working to resolve this issue.
They're conducting tests on the Portal to ensure all users have access and can utilize the SNTC portal features.

My access only works via Firefox.
The customer added my username to their account
jardel.almeida@italtel.com, could you please check?
It doesn't seem to be a registration error, as even my company's is reporting the same error

Hello jardelalmeida
Thank you for contacting Cisco and Global CX - Smart Services Support Team.
Looking further, I see about the All Collectors Tap to get the entitlement, currently, the SNTC Portal is facing a general error which has already escalated.
The Cisco Escalation team created a bug https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCwi96525, as you can see below showing this specific situation as part of the bug creation subject.
You can receive a daily, weekly, or monthly notification.
- Choosing the notifications option as you can see in the screenshot, you can add your email to receive the notification about the workaround and resolution process for this new entitlement
At this moment There is no ETA currently as you can see in the workaround option, however, the Developer team is still working on solving this situation.
You can see the progress on the work attached in the bug, as shown in the screenshot below. It has been updated.
As I mentioned, you can receive daily, weekly, or monthly notifications about the bug resolution progress
by selecting notifications highlighted in blue.
You can add your email in the option, and then submit a notification to receive updates about the resolution.
I am using my Cisco email as an example.
Please let me know if you have further questions about this Bug.
Best regards,

Hello @losorioj
Thanks for the quick response.
I had already registered, but unfortunately I have not received any response so far.
I was informed about the bug, so I couldn't even access the information on the portal, but now I can. Do you know if they did something?
From what I understand, there is no forecast yet, right?

Hello @losorioj Thank you for the information, but unfortunately I still haven't received any updates from Cisco on the case.
It is an important portal, and it is impacting our client's inventory collection.
We only know the collector, we have 3 locations and we would like to consult the information in our SNTC as soon as possible.
Do the developers really not estimate any time? End of March, beginning of April... nothing? My client really needs to know some information that we can only get through the collector.
Is there a workaround platform at Cisco that can be used?

Hello @losorioj I hope you are well.
The collector does not work with the attributes of my Enel client.
I can generate a certificate normally with my company (Italtel), but I can't when I access it through my client's network (Enel).
What can I do?
