Hello,

We are looking into the issue. Could you please PM (Private Message) me the below mentioned details to check further:

Party ID:
Company Name:
CCOID of the user:
Contract Number associated with CR Party ID:

Thanks and Regards,
Vivek Chauhan

+Informed the customer that:
>The party ID associated with a company must contain data in Customer Registry.
>When a company does not contain any data in Customer Registry, there will be failure with entitlement generation.
>The user with the mentioned CCO ID has been disassociated from old party id and is not active on the SNTC portal for the old account.
>Manual sync has been done and SNTC service has been enabled.
>The user with the mentioned CCO ID has been associated as Delegated Administrator and assigned the role of customer admin on CSAM for new party id and is active on the SNTC portal for the new account.
>Customer was able to generate entitlement.
