Entitlement file generation failed

Hello,

I am having issues registering a new collector to the SNTC portal. I get this error message.

"Entitlement file generation failed. Please try again. If the issue persists, find help in the community."

My CSP-C version is 2.7.4

This looks like it might be an internal error.

Please share the name of your account as well as the username to review.
