FAILED: SNAS validated data not available and S/N unavailable

Hi,

We have problem on the SNTC Portal, only showing the Chasis and PID Type, but not showing SN and Software Version. When we check on "Inventory Insight" >"summary", we noticed that all device is "not recognized" with "FAILED: SNAS validated data not available" error.

Last week we have problem with disk on CSPC, so then we reinstall the CSPC. But we have re-discover the devices and succesfully uploaded to SNTC Portal. So it is success. Why is this happen ? and how to fix it ?

Hi

Today i have tried rediscover, unmanaged and managed devices on CSPC, reupload automatically and manual to services.cisco.com, but still not working. Product type of my switches now is also missing on services.cisco.com
