Hi all,
When i had CSPC 2.7.4 version , there was an error when i ran collection profile. HTTPS:400 Bad Request. Research led to update it to the latest version 2.8. Upgrade was successful and did not got any error during upgrade to 2.8
Currently, i have the latest version that is 2.8. But, still there is following error when i run collection profile job.
Initializing...
|
Discovering known devices...
|
Unable to send message to the Cisco Backend. Reason:No response to registration request from the connectivity module
|
I did restarted the CSPC 2.8 and figured out that something is failing,
Restarted CSPC, The result looks like below,
[root@cclseclog1-es-drac collectorlogin]# service cspc restart
Stopping CSPC... [ OK ]
Shutting down MySQL.. [ OK ]
Stopping Connectivity Tail-end Gateway: [ OK ]
Checking If Services are Shutdown... [ OK ]
Starting CSPC... [ OK ]
Starting MySQL.. [ OK ]
Starting Base Collector and Add-Ons... Starting CSPC:
erifying CSPC Services Are Running... [FAILED]
***** FAILURE: CSPC Services Did Not Properly Start... *****
Starting Connectivity Tail-end Gateway:
nohup: redirecting stderr to stdout
[ OK ]
Starting Tomcat... [ OK ]
[root@cclseclog1-es-drac collectorlogin]#
Any suggestion guys.
Thanks,
Nabin.

CSPC 2.7.X have some issue, suggest to take back of device and credential information.
install new 2.8 and restore the device and credential information.
