Hi Team,
I need to know how to give access to a user on a Contract so he can open TAC cases, do RMA etc.?
user is from another company (his email domain is different).
Whenever he tries to add access for the contract, he always gets it denied.
Best Regards,
M.A.

Granting access to a contract is usually done through the partner who owns the contract. They will need to associate any new user's ID to that contract.

I am not quite sure what you trying to accomplish and what tool you trying to accomplish it. but adding access to contracts to open cases is out of the scope of this forum. SNTC Portal or CSPC collector does not have that function

Hi,
My role is DA and I have Cisco Smartnet contract associated with my profile so I can open TAC cases in case of any issue on switches under this contract. Now I want to give access of this contract (or associate contract) to another user so he can also open TAC cases if needed. Can you point me in right direction how I can achieve this?
Best Regards,
M.A.
