We have six active Smartnet contracts however only four are shown within SNTC. How do I add the other two?

Hello James,
The contracts are reflected in the portal against the devices that they cover under those contracts. You do not need to add contracts to the SNTC portal.
If you believe a device is covered but this is not reflected in the portal correctly then please supply a couple of the necessary serial numbers and we can check.

Hi Jim,
I have checked the serial numbers. None are in the inventory for your Company name. I cannot see if the Inventory Insight Reports helps as you would need to check using hostname. I check the SNTC Supported Device list and not all are supported so would not show for that reason.
