Hello again!
A quick (and probably best) way to find information about device warranty status is following the below steps:
1. Logging to the SNTC 3.X portal: https://tools.cisco.com/smartservices/
2. Navigate on the left hand side menu to: LIBRARY --> (than to) --> Inventory --> Customer Inventory
3. Once in the customer inventory report, navigate to the upper column bar, and by right-clicking open a menu which will allow you to open additional columns:
4. From the list, please select information related to warranty (it is located on the very bottom of the list):
5. Once the column will appear, you can search you access points in several ways: by providing its IP, hostname, or filtering by device type.
If you will not be able to locate the device, please share its Product ID (PID), so we could check whether this is supported in the SNTC.
