I just buy and received my smartnet for my 6513 core switch with contract number. How I check if my vendor register it correctly by support period and all cover all module?

Hello Linas,

You need to go back to the Partner you purchased the contract from. They will be able to help you.

In the case of the contract ending in '806' that is CDW LOGISTICS INC.

CDW is not a partner they just resell Cisco stuff

it took two weeks just to get access to SNTC

then I was listed as employee of CDW and CDW knows I am not an Employee and would not give me access??
