How to Determine if Freddie Mac already has already purchased SmartNet

Freddie Mac has asked for access to the SNTC portal but I am not able to utilize any of the onboarding resources I've located so far because apparently Freddie has no contracts containing TS Advantage, Smart Assist or Asset Management. I have been told that every customer gets SNTC Portal as part of a Smartnet purchase. How do I ascertain whether Freddie Mac has already purchased Smartnet?

Hi Scott,
I would ask the customer to check the contract numbers under their CCO user profile. These should include SmartNet contracts.
