i get a inventory report twice a week form the portal and the reports don't include serial numbers. Our third party smartnet inventory provider get the same report and they're saying the same thing.
Please confirm you are running a collection job and not just uploading. Using the collection profile named 'SNTC' will export an upload itself when the collection portion is complete.
