Individual Granted Access Cannot See SNTC Portal.

Hello everyone,

 

I have an individual that was granted CustomerAdmin access to the portal and has since then had full access for the past 24 hours. However, the customer does not have visibility into many different fields within the portal despite having CustomerAdmin Access. (When they hit the 'Inventory' dropdown for instance on the portal, nothing shows up.) 

 

They have tried different browsers, I've also ensured they are a CustomerAdmin granted access by their DA. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!
