Hello All,
I would like to inquire about Cisco's Enhanced Warranty Policy.
According to the policy defined in https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/warranties/warr-eltd-life-hw.html
I understand that the RMA of Cisco's equipment is guaranteed until LDOS.
I would like to request an RMA for C2960X in Korea,
but there seems to be no RMA request corresponding to WARR-ELTD-LIFE-HW on the RMA portal, so I would like to inquire about the Warranty RMA procedure.

Process to RMA a 2960X under Enhanced Limited Lifetime Hardware Warranty is relatively simple:
1. CALL Cisco TAC
2. Provide the serial number of the switch.
3. Request for an RMA under Enhanced Limited Lifetime Hardware Warranty (in case TAC agent is suffering from a case of "amnesia").

So, under the Enhanced Limited Lifetime Hardware Warranty, can I get an RMA processed regardless of whether the equipment is Smartnet or not?
