Hi Guys,
Customer has attempt to login many times in CSPC collector.
He reset password but still see this message: "Your Ip Address has been temporarily blocked as we are detecting malicious activity. Please try later"
How long it takes to unblock the access?

Since you have many times, the account locked now... try after some time, if same issue.
go for reset password procedure.

Do you have access to the collector users collectorlogin and root via CLI on ssh?
If not do you have access via ssh to the CLI admin ( admin user authentication is not the same as GUI per se as they are different accounts)
