Sending multiple uploads from the same appliance, before the initial one completes, causes problems. So, please don't send anymore for now. This can happen with CSV file uploads too. There's a few enhancements coming soon, which will mitigate this problem. One is a new column in the Upload Processing Report which will indicate that the upload has been successfully received. Sometimes uploads sit in queue for hours prior to beginning processing.
