Issue attempting to register End Customer for Delegated Administrator

Hello,

 

I am currently supporting one of our client to enable SNTC.  I have been unable to register an end customer/user to the new SNTC portal.  We have attempted to register (following the documentation) but no email are received after the registration infomration (Contract #, serial number) is entered.  The CCO ID that we are trying to register as DA has (download and open,edit TAC Cases) access level to the Contract #,  We are not sure what more needs to be done.

 

Can you advise?

Hello,

I am assuming here that you are trying the register the user as the DA. If that is the case, the confirmation email can sometimes go to spam. If they check their spam filter and cannot find it, have them try to log into the CSAM tool: http://tools.cisco.com/CDCEB

If they are unable to log in, update this post and we will reach out to you to investigate further.
