Issue with SNTC to CX Cloud Migration – Insufficient Permissions

Dear SNTC Support Team,
 
I am writing to inform you that I am experiencing an issue when attempting to migrate our SNTC portal to CX Cloud. After logging into the SNTC portal and clicking the "Migrate to CX Cloud" button, I am redirected to the CX Cloud page, but I receive a message indicating that I do not have sufficient permissions to perform the migration.
Please note that we are a Cisco partner, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible so we can proceed with the migration.
If you need any additional information or screenshots, please let me know, and I will be happy to provide them.

 it is required that the end user admin on SNTC portal do that migration

Activation on CX Cloud is only available to the End Customer, not the Partner.  Can you request that the End Customer admin do the activation on CX Cloud?
