Letter of Authorization LOA

Hi, I've searched in the community and cant find a Letter of Authorization document for SNTC 3.x portal. Is there such a document available within the new platform?

Hi Craig,

I have researched your question and the response I received was that the LOA is a document between the customer company and their partner.  Cisco technically isn’t involved in any way with what it says or specifies.  We are a third party that is a recipient of the document. Cisco just needs to know that such an agreement has been made.

If Cisco doesn't provide an LOA form do I do this on our school's letterhead for our new partner?  Where do I submit the new LOA?

Yes you can make it on your letterhead and you Submit it to your Cisco Partner. The Partner just needs to have evidence that this Letter was issued to him by the End Customer.
