Hi, I'm getting below error message when attempting to login to Certification Tracking System. I have tried many time now but unable to login. screenshot attached for reference.
Please, advise how i can fix it.
" Unable to Authenticate
Server: cloudsso.cisco.com
Unable to authenticate the user.
Your identity could not be verified. Please contact your identity provider's administrator."
