Login issue to SNTC portal for new users with Customer User role

Dear Cisco, all,

We recently installed the Cisco Collector Server and with our Customer Administrator role we have normal access to the SNTC portal and everything looks good.

After a test period, we started with the creation of a Customer User role for other colleagues from our company, and the process passed smoothly, we associated our colleagues with our company, and we can see all users in the Cisco Services Access Management portal - with Approved - Customer User role. We have received a confirmation email, we have waited 24 hours before login,  but without success. Now, we passed 4 days from account creation, but the issue is still present. Our colleagues are not able to log in to the SNTC portal with the Customer User role!
Please help!

to start internal validation and check why some users recently added on your SNTC portal thorough CSAM tool are not able to access please provide the following information by a internal message. 

  • SNTC portal name:
  • Inventory name:
  • Go to the SNTC portal https://services.cisco.com/  > admin > take an screenshot
  • Users with access issue:
  • CCOID from the current Portal Administrator:
